Lower abdominal exercises

It’s no secret anymore how the Hollywood celebrities have those gorgeous looking abdomen! Scientific researches have shown that men and women both carry most of the fats in their belly that is the lower abdomen. Unfortunately most of the abs workouts that we get do not focus on the lower abdomen. Also, in most of the cases people tend to build up their upper abdomen in such a way that it gets equivalent to their lower abs giving you a heavy look. Our basic aim while looking for lower abdominal exercises should be to have a flat lower abdomen. While trying to do this it should be kept in mind that diet is the number one factor here and then the exercises. Lower abdominal exercises are not very stressful for perform but for sure requires a lot of concentration.

Some good lower abdominal exercises are given below:

Leg lifts:

Not the usual leg lifts! Here we are talking about performing a set of double leg lifts by lying down on your back and your hands placed under your butt. By using your lower abdomen lift your legs slowly and hold them up for a while lowering them down slowly but not completely. You have to keep a distance between the floor and your legs so that your lower abdominal muscles do not lose the force exerted.


Exercise ball crunches:

Lie across on a bench with your lower back resting on it. Hold an exercise ball between your legs and lift it up slowly. Do as much as you can.
By doing exercise you can easily reduce your lower belly fats and get a smart and sexy looking abdomen.
