Besides having a good looking flat tummy, there are medical reasons as well regarding why one should get rid of their flabby tummy. It has been medically proven that a person with a flabby tummy is more likely to have back and diabetic problems. Getting rid of your stomach fats isn’t that easy. It requires a lot of concentration and alteration of your daily routines.

1. Crunches:

There are numerous forms of crunches today. We usually think that any of them crunches will do the favor. However it is not so, to tighten up your stomach there are certain special crunches. Crunches with an exercise ball are the best one. It could really help you get rid of your flabby stomach and give you a flat one.

2. Hanging leg raise:

Hanging leg raises are again one of the most beneficial exercises. It can give you the desired results by flattening your tummy the way you want it.

3. All lower ab exercises:

Just realize the fact that your stomach fats are stored in your lower stomach. Therefore it is essential to put extra efforts on lower ab exercises if you want your stomach to tighten up.
